Users shall not, through the Service, create, upload, publish, disseminate, share, store, or otherwise distribute any of the following content (including but not limited to):

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): any text, image, audio/video, animation, link, metadata, or other form of content that depicts, promotes, solicits, requests, trades, or glorifies the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children.

Sexualized Content of Children: content that depicts or displays children's sexual organs for sexual purposes, or places children in sexualized or sexually suggestive situations.

Sexual Grooming of Children: establishing contact with children, fostering emotional dependency, or inducing children to engage in sexual acts or provide sexualized content, for the purpose of establishing a sexual relationship or obtaining sexualized content.

Sextortion: threatening to expose children's sexualized content or privacy in order to coerce children into providing further sexualized content, money, or other benefits.

Child Sex Trafficking and Trade: recruiting, transporting, or harboring children for sexual purposes, or facilitating or brokering child-involved sex trafficking.

External Links and Redirection: providing external links, contact information, codes, or instructions that point to CSAM or CSAE content, communities, or trading channels.

Other Harmful Content: any other content that may harm the physical or mental health of minors, or violates laws and regulations related to child protection.

Users shall not use the Service to engage in any of the following conduct:

Creating, obtaining, disseminating, storing, trading, or otherwise participating in the prohibited content described above;

Contacting, recruiting, grooming, or harassing minors through the Service to commit sexual assault;

Circumventing, interfering with, or undermining the Service's detection, review, and handling measures for child safety content;

Engaging in any other illegal or criminal activity through the Service that endangers child safety.

Upon discovery or receipt of a valid report, we have the right to immediately take one or more of the following measures without prior notice:

Deleting, blocking, or isolating the relevant violating content;

Restricting, suspending, or permanently banning the relevant account, device, and IP;

Reporting to competent authorities, law enforcement agencies, and international child protection organizations, and cooperating with investigations;

Preserving and transferring relevant records in accordance with the law, and assisting judicial proceedings.

Where the relevant conduct is suspected of violating the law or constituting a crime, we will, in accordance with the law, refer the matter to judicial authorities to pursue criminal liability.

We encourage you to proactively report any suspicious CSAE content or conduct. Reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. If you discover any suspicious content or conduct, you may contact us via the reporting email [child@sallochat.com].

We may update this Policy from time to time in accordance with laws and regulations and the operational needs of the platform. Material changes will be notified to users through [in-app notifications / official website announcements]. Continued use of the Service after this Policy is updated constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
